1. Value of credit. The complimentary credit will be applied to EVgo per-minute or per-kwh (in select regions) member rates (plus applicable taxes and fees) on EVgo chargers only. Credit may vary based on model year: (1) $100 charging credit on the EVgo network with the purchase or lease of a new model year 2023 Nissan LEAF from a participating dealer; (2) $250 charging credit on the EVgo network with the purchase or lease of a new model year 2018 - 2022 Nissan LEAF from a participating dealer located in select markets. Charging rates will vary by region and can be found at evgo.com/pricing. All rates are subject to change. 2. On average, this credit is equivalent to up to 12 free fast charging sessions for the $100 credit and up to 30 free fast charging sessions for the $250 credit for the customer, based on an average fast charging session length of 30 minutes on EVgo chargers only and excluding taxes. Number of charging sessions obtainable with the credit will vary based on length of sessions and actual rates in the market. Customers are responsible for any and all charging costs beyond the credit.

3. Chargers included. Offer applies to all EVgo network chargers and other networking chargers available through interoperability agreements.

4. EVgo is the Nation's Largest Public Fast Charging Network by # of locations. Data pulled from Plugshare in Dec 2021. Plugshare is owned by EVgo

5. Consumers will only need to sign up for an EVgo account if they are not already an EVgo customer.

8. For existing EVgo customers on the EVgo Membership Plan: Membership Plans will automatically transition to the Nissan Energy Perks by EVgo® Plan on enrollment. Customers monthly membership fees will stop on the date of Nissan Energy Perks by EVgo® Plan activation. After the completion of the Nissan Energy Perks term, customers will need to re-enroll into the Membership Plan.

9. Customers who purchase or lease a new model year 2023 Nissan LEAF from a participating dealer are eligible to receive charging credit on the EVgo network. Customers who purchase or lease a new model year 2018 - 2022 Nissan LEAF from a participating dealer located in select markets are eligible to receive charging credit on the EVgo network. Offer requires registration and activation of a customer account with the EVgo network within 365 days of date of sale, and have 12 months from date of sale to use the charging credit. Charging sessions beyond the credit amount are subject to additional fees. The EVgo network is owned and managed by EVgo, and is not within Nissan’s control.
