US cities to get hundreds of EVgo Tesla V4 Superchargers with 500 kW and Magic Dock

EVgo will deploy hundreds of Tesla V4 Superchargers across US cities under its own branding, the company announced August 5. It marks the first time Tesla's newest charging hardware will appear on a competing network bearing a different company's name.

The stations, which EVgo is calling "EVgo Superchargers," will be owned and operated by EVgo under an agreement with Tesla's Supercharger for Business licensing program. Construction is scheduled to begin this fall, with the first sites expected to open in the second half of 2026.
