I agree that all photos, logos, images, and videos (collectively, “Creative Assets”) shall only be used for editorial purposes. I acknowledge and agree that any commercial use of any Creative Assets including but not limited to advertising, marketing, and merchandising is strictly prohibited. All Creative Assets must include an appropriate copyright notice similar or equivalent to the following: “© 2022 EVgo Services LLC. Used with Permission.”
