Marcy Bauer

Marcy Bauer is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Funding at EVgo, with responsibility for EV charger commissioning and maintenance, customer operations, acquisition and management of public funding, and company-wide training. Ms. Bauer has worked in the clean transportation space for 15 years, and her experience spans the entire sector – OEM engagement, consumer and fleet education, charging station site development and host engagement, network maintenance, customer engagement, public policy, utility engagement, and industry analysis.    

Ms. Bauer holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Environmental Science from Miami University in Ohio. She also served as an officer in the US Army’s Military Intelligence Corps.
