Intern Position Summary:

The Account Management Team at EVgo is responsible for managing high-profile partner relationships and ensuring EVgo performs on its contractual obligations with said partners. The team is also responsible for building relationships with customers, helping them with issues, and continually delighting them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.

EVgo is searching for an account management intern to support the Account Management Team for the 2023 summer internship season. As an account management intern, you'll assist the account managers in overseeing and managing partner relationships. You will also help the host success managers build and manage healthy relationships with customers, helping as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Management team with administrative tasks required to manage both partner and host success relationships.
  • Support the Account Management team with preparation for meetings and presentations.
  • Assist in helping with the Market Competitive Intelligence program.
  • Perform ad-hoc requests for internal stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Office suite (including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations) as well as CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated and disciplined team player
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Outstanding self-starter, tremendously organized, and able to multitask.
  • Strong communications, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Recent college graduate, University or Graduate school student
  • 1-3 years of account management experience in mobility or clean energy.
  • A Passion for the EV industry.

Interns are required to provide documentation of COVID 19 vaccination.
